Jack Laurie Group is growing in Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana and were looking for an experienced Commercial Flooring Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial projects throughout Fort Wayne and the surrounding communities. From schools and healthcare facilities to office buildings retail spaces and industrial projects youll play a key role in delivering exceptional flooring installations while helping develop the next generation of installers.

As a Commercial Flooring Foreman youll lead crews on commercial flooring projects while ensuring every job is completed safely efficiently and with outstanding craftsmanship.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and supervise commercial flooring installation crews.
  

• Install and oversee installation of:
  

  • Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)
    

  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)
    

  • Sheet Vinyl
    

  • Carpet Tile
    

  • Stretch/Broadloom Carpet
    

  • Other commercial flooring systems
    

• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to keep projects moving on schedule.
  

• Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  

• Communicate with Project Managers General Contractors customers and field personnel.
  

• Organize materials equipment and manpower for maximum productivity.
  

• Mentor and train installers to help build stronger crews.
  

• Resolve jobsite challenges quickly and professionally.
  

• Maintain a safe organized and productive work environment.

Qualifications include:

• 3 years of commercial flooring installation experience.
  

• Previous Foreman Lead Installer or Crew Leader experience.
  

• Experience with multiple commercial flooring systems.
  

• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
  

• Ability to read plans and coordinate field operations.
  

• Commitment to craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
  

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  

• Willingness to travel throughout Fort Wayne Northeast Indiana and surrounding regional markets with occasional overnight travel when needed.
