Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Commercial Finance Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 100 Am Law 200 regional and boutique law firms throughout Ohio including Cleveland Columbus Cincinnati Dayton and Toledo.
If you have experience representing banks lenders borrowers private equity sponsors or financial institutions in commercial lending transactions Id love to connect.
28 years of commercial finance experience
Experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions
Experience with asset-based lending syndicated credit facilities acquisition financings revolving credit facilities and term loans
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements security agreements loan documents and intercreditor agreements
Experience conducting due diligence and managing financing transactions through closing
Strong drafting negotiation analytical and client counseling skills
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
Ohio bar admission required or ability to become admitted
High demand across Ohios banking and middle-market economy
Sophisticated transactional practice
