Commercial Excellence & Finance Intern

HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Commercial Excellence & Finance Teams as an Intern. This is a challenging role in which you will apply your academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment while contributing to high-impact projects. You will gain hands-on experience in areas such as data analytics CRM implementations and financial systems.

Responsibilities
Support ongoing CRM system implementation including data validation reporting and analytics
Assist in reconciling data between Power BI and Oracle Cloud ensuring alignment and accuracy across systems
Validate and test report outputs from new systems to ensure data integrity and usability
Compile and analyze competitor market and industry intelligence to support commercial strategy
Provide administrative and project coordination support as needed across both teams
Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives within Commercial Excellence and Finance

Requirements
Pursuing a BS degree in business finance or other related fields
Requires a problem-solving and analytical mindset interested in process improvement
Requires computer operation skills including Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio Project)
Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data
Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
