Job Summary
Skillforce is looking for Commercial Electricians in Temple TX to join our team! This is an on-going project working 40 hours a week with overtime possible. Pay for this role is up to $33/hr depending upon experience.
Commercial Electrician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards with a focus on quality customer service installation and repair electrical wiring and systems.
- Inspect test and perform preventative maintenance of electrical equipment lighting signal communications and power circuits.
- Identify communicate and isolate electrical hazards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial electrical construction practices including threading bending conduit and pulling/removing wire.
- Low and medium voltage
- EMT 3/4-1inch
- Cable pulling splicing and wall rough-in
- Running and bending conduit
- Completing terminations
- This is government facility. You must pass a background check with no record and DOT drug test
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
Salary: $33.00 per hour
