Commercial Duct Installer Up to $35/hr.
Location: Commercial Project Site
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-Time 40 Hours per Week Potential Overtime
Pay: Up to $35.00/hour (Based on Experience)

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Commercial Duct Installers for a long-term commercial construction project. This position offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for qualified candidates. We are seeking dependable professionals with strong commercial HVAC and sheet metal experience who can work independently and contribute to a productive jobsite.

• Install assemble and secure commercial duct systems
• Read and interpret blueprints specifications and shop drawings
• Measure cut and fit duct components to project specifications
• Ensure proper alignment sealing and support of ductwork
• Maintain compliance with all jobsite safety requirements
• Work effectively with project supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules

• Minimum 4 years of commercial sheet metal or duct installation experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and duct installation practices
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift carry and position duct materials throughout the workday

• Pay up to $35.00/hour based on experience
