Are you a talented and detail-oriented Commercial Drywall Estimator looking for a new opportunity in the Omaha area Look no further!
Long standing client in Nebraska is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Commercial Drywall Project this role you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for commercial drywall projects analyzing blueprints and specifications conducting site visits and collaborating with various team members to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial drywall projects
- Analyze project blueprints specifications and other documentation
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and requirements
- Collaborate with project managers subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all estimates
- 3 years of experience as a Commercial Drywall Estimator
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and materials
- Proficiency in estimating software including OST/QuickBid ideally
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
