Commercial Cooling Business Development Manager

Overview:

Hisense USA is seeking a Commercial Cooling Business Development Manager to help establish and grow our commercial cooling business in US. This role will focus on developing relationships with beverage companies bottlers foodservice operators distributors and retail customers while identifying new business opportunities for commercial refrigeration and cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cooling and beverage industries.
• Support the development of relationships with key potential customers including Coca-Cola PepsiCo Beverage bottlers Convenience store chains Foodservice customers and Distribution partners.
• Assist in customer presentations business reviews and proposal development.

Key Account Support

• Support strategic account management activities for commercial cooling customers.
• Work closely with customers to understand equipment and operational needs.
• Help develop long-term growth opportunities within assigned accounts.

Product & Market Development

• Monitor industry trends customer needs and competitive activities.
• Provide market feedback to product management and engineering teams.
• Support product launches and commercialization initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales Product Management Engineering Supply Chain and Service teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Coordinate customer projects from initial opportunity through implementation.
• Ensure timely communication and execution of customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business Engineering Marketing Supply Chain or related field.
• 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: Commercial refrigeration Beverage equipment Foodservice equipment Retail refrigeration or Cold chain solutions
  
• Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Prior experience supporting or managing business relationships with Coca-Cola PepsiCo bottlers foodservice operators or commercial refrigeration manufacturers.
• Strong industry connections and a proven ability to build partnerships within the beverage refrigeration and cold-chain sectors.
