Commercial Contracts Attorney

We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Attorney to support our this role you will provide legal support to clients on a wide range of commercial contracting matters while developing deeper expertise in the life sciences industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside attorneys with extensive experience in life sciences contracting including clinical trials and research and development matters while growing your practice over time.

• Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Advise clients on commercial contracting matters.
• Collaborate with clients and experienced attorneys on life sciences contracting matters including clinical trials and research and development work.
• Build trusted client relationships in a remote client-facing environment.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture while continuing to develop expertise in the life sciences sector.

• Approximately 5 to 7 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication negotiation technology and problem-solving skills.
• Active admission to the California Bar is preferred with candidates located in California strongly preferred.

• Exposure to life sciences contracting including clinical trials and R&D work.
• Experience is not required in the life sciences industry; candidates with strong commercial contracts experience who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $00 per year and for non-attorney roles is $ per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors including but not limited to experience skills certifications location and business needs.
