Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and manage field operations for large commercial/industrial construction projects. The Superintendent will oversee subcontractors safety quality scheduling and daily site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily construction site operations and field personnel.
• Supervise subcontractors suppliers and trades.
• Ensure projects meet safety quality schedule and contract requirements.
• Coordinate site logistics inspections testing and subcontractor activities.
• Work closely with the Project Manager on schedules and project execution.
• Maintain daily reports site documentation and project records.
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues quickly.
• Manage punch list and project closeout.

Requirements:

• 10 years of construction experience.
• Strong commercial/industrial construction background.
• Experience with sitework and tilt-up construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes scheduling and safety.
• Experience leading field operations and subcontractors.
• Good communication organization and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA knowledge required.
• Degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field preferred but not required.
