Commercial Construction Superintendent

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and subcontractors.
• Coordinate field operations materials and site logistics.
• Manage project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review plans and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with PMs architects clients and vendors.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain daily reports.
• Resolve field issues and coordinate inspections.

Requirements:

• 10 years of construction supervision experience.
• Strong commercial tenant improvement/interior build-out experience.
• Knowledge of framing drywall ceilings MEP and finishes.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong subcontractor and schedule management skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Procore experience and English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
