Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision: Coordinate daily team activities establish work schedules assign tasks and cross-train staff.
Quality Control: Inspect completed cleaning work and submit daily cleanliness reports to management.
Operational Support: Order and manage cleaning supplies ensuring they are stored safely and securely.
Client Relations: Coordinate with clients to handle feedback complaints and special requests.
Technical Training: Train staff on proper procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment usage.
Direct Cleaning: Provide daily support for cleaning designated often private or high-traffic areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant job-related experience is required.
Leadership: Prior shift manager or supervisory experience is required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Ability: Capability to perform stoop stand walk climb stairs and lift/carry loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Compliance: Due to federal contract requirements this position may be restricted to U.S. Persons (citizens nationals permanent residents or asylees).
Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is needed.
