Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)

Were looking for an experienced Commercial Caulker to join our team! If you have experience applying commercial sealants and take pride in quality workmanship wed like to hear from you.

Schedule:

• Start time: 7:00 AM

• Typical workday: 8-10 hours

• Monday-Friday (hours may vary based on project needs)

Responsibilities:

• Apply commercial-grade sealants to joints seams windows doors expansion joints and other building components.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing old sealant as needed.

• Install backer rod and ensure proper joint preparation.

• Produce clean professional sealant lines that meet project specifications.

• Safely use hand tools caulking guns ladders and lifts when required.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all job site safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial caulking experience is required.

• Knowledge of various sealants and application techniques.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Comfortable working on ladders or lifts when necessary.

• Dependable with a strong attention to detail.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable transportation to job sites preferred.
