Job Summary
$25 to $30 an hour W-2 with weekly pay Monday to Friday days and overtime as needed. Skillforce is hiring a commercial carpenter for ongoing interior work in the Richmond VA area. You will install operable partitions movable glass walls and folding wall systems off shop drawings. This is precision finish work in modern high-end office and commercial buildings.
Pay and Schedule
$25 to $30 per hour W-2 based on experience
Weekly pay by direct deposit
Monday to Friday day shift start
Overtime available as the job calls for it
No nights or weekends on the standard schedule
Responsibilities
Install operable partitions and movable walls
Mount overhead track to the building structure
Hang and align panels and glass wall systems
Set doors frames trim and finish hardware
Work off shop drawings to tight tolerances
Qualifications
Commercial or interior carpentry background
Comfortable reading and building from plans
Steady with overhead work and heavy panels
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and check
Partition or movable-wall experience is a plus
