Help support one of the most advanced construction environments in the country.

We are building a pipeline of experiencedCommercial Building Inspectors for an upcoming semiconductor facility project in West Lafayette Indiana. This is a full-time on-site opportunity supporting a highly technical large-scale commercial construction project expected to span multiple years.

We are seeking inspectorswith ICC certifications strong commercial inspection experience and the ability to work effectively in complex fast-paced construction environments.

This position will begin asa contract assignment with expected project durations ranging from 18 to 36 months or longer.

• Perform commercial code inspections for a large semiconductor manufacturing facility project
• Conduct Combination Commercial inspections in accordance with ICC and applicable local codes
• Inspect construction work for compliance with approved plans safety standards and code requirements
• Prepare detailed written and electronic inspection reports and correction notices
• Communicate inspection findings and technical requirements with contractors project teams and stakeholders
• Assist in identifying and resolving field issues while maintaining project timelines and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams in a highly technical construction environment
• Occasional travel may be required depending on project needs

• ICC Combination Commercial Inspector certification
• Experience performing commercial building inspections
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods materials and applicable building codes
• Strong communication documentation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently within active construction environments
• Valid drivers license

• Additional ICC certifications in Mechanical Electrical and/or Plumbing (MEP)
• CBO certification
• Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing industrial mission critical or high-tech construction projects
• Associate degree or additional technical training in construction engineering architecture or related field

• $35 to $65/hour depending on experience and certifications

This role is primarily field-based on active construction sites and may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and industrial environments. Candidates should be comfortable working within OSHA-regulated construction settings and following site-specific safety protocols.
