Job Summary
We are currently searching for aCommercial Banking Associate to join our Popular Association Loan Management team! This position is responsible for providing customers with a high level of service and support to a designated business banking team to ensure customers receive consistent quality service their inquiries are responded to and operational situations are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Research investigate and resolve customer discrepancies complaints and payments.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts reconciliation of their accounts and account transfers loan draws and pay-downs.
- Applies customer payments on the loan system to conform with terms of the loan documents.
- Act as liaison with various units responsible for providing service to the commercial customer including but not limited to the processing of loans payments financial analysis statements etc.
- Pro-actively seek information from clients and prospective clients to understand possible changing situations needs and desired benefits communicate information to relationship officer.
- Ensure respective databases are accurate and up to date for customer information.
- Compile data and generate management reports as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent combined with two years of customer service background.
- Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Writes clearly and informatively; provide good documentation.
- Identifies and resolves problems.
- Demonstrates attention to detail.
