Commercial Account Manager I

The Commercial Account Manager I applies general knowledge to develop skills by carrying out structured Account Management assignments. Works within common practices and procedures to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Receives direction instruction and guidance from others.

Manage a small book of commercial accounts under supervision. Execute sales activities aligned to established account plans. Maintain accurate customer opportunity and pricing data in CRM systems. Respond to routine customer needs related to orders pricing and product availability. Support contract administration renewals and standard pricing updates. Coordinate with internal teams (customer service operations finance) to fulfill orders. Track account performance and customer activity using standard reports. Assist with preparation of quotes proposals and customer presentations. Identify basic upsell or crosssell opportunities and escalate as appropriate. Build foundational skills in customer communication negotiation and analytics.

Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
