Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Conduct warm in-home estimates to identify and determine HVAC system replacement solutions. No residential cold call visits.
• Sales of HVAC systems including air conditioning units heating units package units mini-splits geo-thermal RTUs dehumidifiers ductwork and IAQ packages.
• Sales of residential and commercial service agreements and membership packages.
• Residential and light commercial appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and installation schedules.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC estimates.
• Coordinate equipment ordering and staging for installation.
• Ongoing training and leadership development.
• Responsible for company-provided vehicle gas card cell phone and tablet

Requirements:

• Previous HVAC or Home Services Sales experience (any in-home sales experience is appreciated)
• 3 years of outside sales experience in a service-related field
• Valid Drivers License with an acceptable driving record
• Weekend on-call shifts may be required
