Len-Tex Wallcoverings is looking for a Color Lab Assistant to join our team.

What Youll Do

As a Color Lab Assistant you play a vital role in supporting our Design Technicians and ensuring the smooth accurate day-to-day operation of the color lab. Your work directly impacts the quality and consistency of our wallcovering products by helping create precise production-ready standards.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of lab supplies tools and materials to ensure efficient workflow
• Keep all work areas clean safe and production-ready
• Emboss and finish lab sample materials according to detailed specifications
• Prepare label and package sample materials for shipment to clients
• Transport carts materials and equipment as needed throughout the facility
• Follow all safety procedures and proper handling practices for tools and materials

What You Bring

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Dependability and a proactive team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs. regularly
• Reach up to 6 feet overhead
• Push and maneuver heavy wheeled carts
• Stand for extended periods (23 hours at a time)
• Safely and effectively use hand tools such as wrenches wipers and utility knives
