Collision Sales Territory Manager Central Florida
Job Summary
Territory: Orlando south through Lakeland and the Tampa/St. Petersburg corridor to Sarasota. Field-based home office.
Our client a leading supplier of collision repair equipment with 36 years in the industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Collision Sales Territory Manager to drive revenue growth by building strong relationships with collision centers dealerships and automotive service providers. This role requires a working understanding of the collision repair industry strong communication skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the collision repair and automotive service industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate our clients equipment and services to prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows industry events and networking opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Provide post-sale support and follow-up to strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven B2B sales experience preferably in collision repair automotive equipment or industrial supply.
- Working knowledge of collision center operations and equipment. Candidates currently calling on body shops (paint sealers clips and fasteners equipment) are strongly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented comfortable managing your own schedule in the field.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel within the territory for customer meetings and industry events.
- Valid drivers license required.
Compensation
- Six-month salary guarantee of $70000–$90000 depending on experience with the opportunity to extend.
- Transitions to 100% commission at 22% of gross profit on every sale. Top performers in this market have historically earned well into six figures.
- Full-time W-2 position. No hard quota.
