Collision Regional Director
Job Summary
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations of multiple locations ensuring adherence to company procedures and safety standards.
- Performance Management: Analyze KPIs (sales efficiency cycle time) to identify address and correct negative business trends using SMART Action Plans.
- Financial & Revenue Management: Develop manage and exceed top-line sales goals manage budgets and maximize profitability.
- Relationship Management: Develop local and regional referral networks to drive volume.
- Team Development: Coach mentor and hold center managers accountable for staff performance including hiring and training.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all locations maintain high-quality repair standards and comply with OEM procedures.
- DRP (Direct Repair Program) management.
- Managing collision repair processes and materials.
- Recruiting hiring and termination.
- Experience: 35 years in collision repair management specifically in a supervisory or multi-site role.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication problem-solving and in-depth knowledge of collision repair processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with estimating systems insurance procedures and industry regulations.
Required Skills:
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of customer service or related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field. Automotive industry experience. Body shop experience. Bilingual.
