Collision Receptionist

Joe Myers Toyota is seeking a friendly organized and customer-focused Body Shop Receptionist to join our Collision Center team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the front office operates efficiently. This is a full-time position Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position requires working every other Saturday.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Schedule body shop estimates repair appointments and customer follow-ups.
• Assist customers with repair status updates and general inquiries.
• Open and maintain repair orders accurately.
• Process payments and balance daily receipts.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies customers and body shop staff.
• Maintain customer records and file documentation.
• Perform general clerical duties including scanning copying filing and data entry.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional reception area.
• Provide administrative support to the Body Shop Manager and Estimators as needed.

• Previous receptionist administrative or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership or collision center experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Dependable punctual and team-oriented.
