Job Summary

Collision General Manager

Honesdale PA Full time On-site

Lead a high-volume collision shop in Honesdale as the on-site General Manager. You will own day-to-day operations the production team and insurance-partner relationships working directly with ownership.

What youll do

  • Run day-to-day operations of the Honesdale collision shop
  • Lead production quality and shop performance
  • Hire coach and hold the team accountable
  • Maintain and grow DRP insurance-partner relationships
  • Own the customer experience from intake through delivery
  • Report results and work closely with ownership

What youll bring

  • Collision shop leadership experience as a General Manager or equivalent
  • Ability to run a shop independently
  • Comfort owning production people and insurance relationships

Required Skills:

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair with an emphasis on structural repairs. Knowledge of welding techniques and use of specialized tools and equipment. Experience in frame and suspension alignment. Ability to read and interpret repair orders and technical manuals. Attention to detail and quality workmanship. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Relevant certification(s) such as ASE Structural Technician or I-CAR Gold Class certification is preferred. Experience utilizing Car-O-Liner Chief Genesis or Celette highly preferred Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend stoop and reach overhead. We are seeking candidates for this position who meet specific qualifications. A valid drivers license is a mandatory requirement and successful candidates must also pass a mandatory drug test. Additionally a clean driving record is essential for consideration.
