Position Summary
As a Collision Estimator youll be a key member of our Collision Center team helping customers through the repair process while working closely with insurance companies and technicians. Your expertise and customer-first approach will contribute directly to our reputation for quality customer satisfaction and continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Identify both visible and hidden damage.
- Utilize industry-standard estimating software.
- Communicate repair procedures and costs with customers insurance adjusters and technicians.
- Coordinate repairs to ensure an efficient and timely repair process.
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and customers.
- Stay current with evolving vehicle technology repair methods and industry standards through ongoing training.
- Comply with all applicable state laws regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of1 year of experiencein a fast-paced collision repair facility.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures structural repairs vehicle systems and estimating practices.
- Experience with collision estimating software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
