The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our collision center ensuring efficient workflow high-quality repairs and excellent customer service. • Manage and supervise the collision center production team to meet daily and weekly repair goals.
• Coordinate with insurance companies customers and staff to ensure timely and accurate repair estimates and approvals.
• Monitor workflow and vehicle repairs to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Train mentor and evaluate staff performance regularly.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
• Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues promptly.

• Previous experience in collision center management or a related production role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer software used for production tracking and reporting.
