$25 - $35/hour more for a true A-tech

This well-established family-owned collision center has served its community for 30 years and just more than doubled its shop to 14 bays. Theyre looking for an A-level body technician who wants steady hours a great facility and owners who treat their people like family.

What youll do
- Perform A-level collision repairs on everyday vehicles with opportunities on RVs and heavy-duty work
- Produce consistent flag hours in a shop with a full backlog
- Work closely with the painter and production team to keep vehicles moving
What youll bring
- 5 years of hands-on collision body technician experience
- A track record of producing 60 flag hours per week
- Reliable attendance and pride in your work
- DRP experience (Progressive Geico State Farm) is a plus
Schedule and location
- Full time Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Weekend hours available if you want to add time
- On-site in the Lake of the Ozarks area of central Missouri

Required Skills:
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of customer service or related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software. Preferred Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field. Automotive industry experience. Body shop experience. Bilingual.
