Our IT College Program offers firsthand experience and meaningful projects that have an impact on our business. Throughout the program youll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals receive professional development and networking opportunities that will expose you to various aspects of our industry.
Build Connections By:
Working alongside our IT team that serves our customers employees and partners across North America and Canada.
Within this position you will:
Coordinate and execute the end-to-end deployment of new laptop hardware for onboarding employees.
Utilized a strong knowledge of Windows OS to configure user settings and resolve standard operating system errors.
Provision and image corporate devices ensuring all systems met company security compliance and software baselines.
Provide high-touch customer service support to end-users to ensure a positive and efficient resolution experience.
Must meet the Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a University pursuing a Bachelors degree.
Recent Graduate with degree
