Job Title: Collector II

Location: 301 N Washington Ave Dallas TX USA 75246

Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM CST)

• Please screen and submit only candidates who meet the following requirements:
• EPIC system experience
• Strong EOB knowledge
• Experience using payer portals (BCBS UHC etc.)
• Background working for a hospital healthcare provider or health insurance organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience (Hospital and/or Physician billing)
• Healthcare collections experience
• Payer portal experience
• Familiarity with commercial and government payers -such as BCBS and Medicare
• Epic experience
• Fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong critical thinking skills and sound judgment
