Collections: Nationally recognized service company seeks experienced collections representative to join our fast growing team. We are currently seeking a full-time on-site collections representative to work directly with the insurance industry and customer base to collect payment in full on outstanding invoices.

Essential Skills & Responsibilities:

• Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
• Highly motivated detail oriented able to work independently
• Outstanding organizational time management and follow up skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
• Able to handle multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual a plus

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years collections experience. The candidate we are seeking should be able to handle multiple tasks communicate efficiently via phone email and letter with professionalism and detail and have excellent organizational time management and follow up skills.
