What You Will Bring

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Bachelors degree preferred.

Previous experience in a Collections role with heavy skip tracing responsibilities.

Education in lieu of experience

Ability to multi-task and independently manage their time daily to ensure productivity and goals are met

Strong skip tracing skills - Ability to utilize various skip tracing tools (where applicable)

Basic computer skills - Knowledge of Windows including Word and Excel

Strong communication skills - Ability to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas to peers and customers.

Strong listening skills - Ability to listen and understand direction.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location and other business and organizational needs. What to Expect

The Collection Impound Associate is responsible for managing accounts involving impounded vehicles coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and effective communication to facilitate the recovery and release process.

What You Will Do

1. Utilize a consistent process to manage a queue of repo assigned accounts. Perform skip-tracing activities leveraging all applicable skip trace tools to locate customer information.

2. Locate and update vehicle location information with vender to facilitate arrangements to pick up collateral.

3. Review and validate accounts with missing/incorrect location information.

4. Properly document account information and input data in the appropriate systems.

5. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
