Collaborating Psychiatrist Remote

Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest behavioral healthcare groups in Alabama. Due to continued growth and expansion of services we are seeking a Psychiatrist to serve as collaborating physician for outpatient-based Nurse Practitioners.

The organization is headquartered in Montgomery AL with clinics throughout the state and also provides inpatient services within hospital-based psychiatric facilities.

Please note: This opportunity is open to Psychiatrists only. We are not accepting collaboration from physicians of other specialties at this time.

• Provide collaborative oversight to Nurse Practitioners in accordance with Alabama state regulations
• Remain available for required consultations
• Estimated time commitment: 2-5 hours per month

• Licensed practicing Psychiatrist
• Board Certified in Psychiatry
• Must reside and actively practice in the state of Alabama
• Must meet all licensing credentialing and collaboration requirements under Alabama law
• Responsive and able to assist with timely updates to CAQH profiles for credentialing submissions

• $1000 monthly stipend per Advanced Practice Provider (APP) you collaborate with
• 1099 independent contractor position

Remote role. Candidates must be physically located in Alabama.
