Collaborating Physician MDDO APP Support

Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest behavioral healthcare groups in Alabama. Due to continued growth and expansion of services we are seeking a Collaborating Physician (MD/DO) to support outpatient-based Nurse Practitioners.

This organization is headquartered in Montgomery AL with clinics throughout the state and also provides inpatient services within hospital-based psychiatric facilities.

• Provide collaborative oversight to Nurse Practitioners in accordance with state regulations
• Maintain availability for required consultations
• Estimated time commitment: 25 hours per month

• Must reside and actively practice in the state of Alabama
• Conform to requirements for licensing credentialing and collaboration as required by Alabama law
• Must be responsive and able to assist with timely updates to CAQH profiles for credentialing submissions
• Must be Board Certified.

• Paid per Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Monthly stipend of $1000 per APP
• 1099 independent contractor position

• Remote role; however candidate must be physically located in Alabama
