Cocktail Server

As a cocktail server you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests by taking beverage orders preparing serving cocktails and ensuring a memorable experience.

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner offering menus and taking beverage orders promptly
• Prepare and serve cocktails wine beer and other beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail recipes ingredients and beverage offerings
• Carry and balance full trays of beverages while navigating the casino area efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with bartenders servers and other staff to provide seamless service
• Adhere to all property company health safety state regulatory and liquor service regulations
• Anticipate guests needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cocktail server or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with friendly outgoing personality
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
• Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Stamina to work on feet for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Ability to carry and balance trays weighing up to ten (10) pounds
• Ability to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in smoke flashing lights and excessive noise.
