ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:

• Ensure that proper start-up shut-down and trouble-shooting procedures are being followed.
• Operatespaintlinetoincludestartupoperationandshutdown.
• Operateswastewatertreatmentsystemtoincludestartupoperationandshutdown.
• Operatesauxiliarysystemsincludingbutnotlimited toROwatersystemsandboilers.
• Collectsamplesanalyzesandadjustscoatinglineprocessparametersusinglabequipment.
• Collectsamples analyzesandadjusts wastewater system parameters to ensure wastewater iswithin permit limits.
• Monitorse-coatprocesspressuresandflowsandchangesfiltersasnecessary.
• Chartsprocessanalysisresultsandentersintospreadsheets.
• Participatesintankmaintenance.
• Maintains calibrates standardizes and cleans lab equipment to maintain an operational neat and clean lab environment.
• Cleansandmaintainse-coatandwastewaterequipmentarea.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

• High School Diplomarequired
• Technical / Mechanical Diploma / Degree orCertificatestronglypreferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL TRAINING:

• 3-5 years Manufacturing Experience Required
• 3-5 years in a technical role involving hard coating painting and/or vacuum metalizing or vacuum plasma processing.
• Robotics andcontrolsexperience would be an asset.
• Thorough understanding of coating processes and defect analysis.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems clean roomenvironmentsand fluid handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes and machinery.

Pay range: $25.21 - $28.16 per hour
