Coater Technician 7am-7pm

• Wear required safety gear at all times.
• Handle and process glass in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform all equipment checks and PMs prior to shift start.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through 5S.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner with co-workers.
• Hold yourself accountable for your actions.
• Ability to comprehend coater schedule.
• Any reasonable duty as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate and good organizational skills.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Must be proactive and able to think quickly on his/her feet.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to operate motorized equipment.
• Position requires regular in-person attendance at the plant.
• Ability to work with and as part of a team including but not limited to the Plant Manager managers employees throughout Cardinal and vendor partnerships
• Ability to exercise good judgement in decision making ideas and all aspects relating to the plant team Cardinal and other company relationships
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct exhibiting a respectful and courteous demeanor at all times
