• Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun dynamic classes that boost brainpower physical skills and character for kids walking to 11 years old (KS is introducing SOON a new class group for babies so you must be comfortable with babies who arent yet walking as well!)
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrongs programs and communicate it with flair.
• Be the Best: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills like youre in a video game with our stellar training programs.
• Family Friend: Create positive interactions with families before during and after class -- youre the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time every time. No tardy bells here! (This means you are always a few minutes early for each shift and ready to ROCK each shift. We do NOT permit tardiness!)
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all: Coach class camps parties parents night out events attend offsite events and anything else your center leaders might ask for!

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives. Party planner meets motivational speaker.
• Clean & Green: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our awesome center. Cleanliness is next to awesomeness!

• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old (babies is a plus!). If youve coached a herd of cats youre overqualified and also why did you do that :-)
• Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians. Channel your inner Oprah.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
