Coach Coordinator

• Paid Field Training - 2 weeks of paid field training to develop your skills to teach toddlers and preschoolers the Soccer Shots way!
• EOS Orientation - 4 weeks of paid orientation (overlapping with field training) to follow the systems and processes of EOS that make our business tick!
• Hybrid Work - Yes we serve children so we do that in person but our office work can be done from home the beach a coffee shop anywhere!

• Reimbursement for child safety clearances (after training completion)--$60 cash value.

• Bring Soccer Island alive with your enthusiasm and creativity teaching children ages 2 to 8 weekly
• Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots curriculum and ECE teaching techniques in every session
• Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols

• Communicate effectively with families caregivers teachers and instructors
• Hire onboard and train the next generation of Soccer Shots instructors to bring SMILES for every child
• Foster team culture
• Meet weekly to problem-solve and plan for growth
• Evaluate and support instructors with weekly checkins and quarterly performance reviews
• Facilitate pre-season training events and post-season celebrations
