Location: Glenwood Springs Colorado
Pay Rate: $70.00/hr $71.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Night Shift 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 3 years required
EMR: Meditech

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a CVICU/CCU contract opportunity in Glenwood Springs CO. This role requires strong CVICU skills Day 0 CVICU experience and the ability to support CCU patients in a smaller independent hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to CVICU and CCU patients

• Support post-cardiac and critical care patient needs

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately

• Work with patients requiring advanced cardiac and critical care support

• Collaborate with providers cath lab teams and clinical staff

• Document patient care accurately in Meditech

• Participate in weekend and call rotation as required

Requirements

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse License required

• Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience required

• Strong CVICU experience required

• Day 0 CVICU experience required

• AHA Basic Life Support required

• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support required

• Must be willing to float/cover CCU as needed

• Must be able to work night shift weekend rotation and call rotation

• Flu vaccination required with no declinations accepted

• Permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
