Co Op Research and Development

MTF Biologics processes tissue grafts from human donors that are used in a growing array of clinical applications positively affecting lives across the globe. As a global nonprofit organization that saves and heals lives by honoring donated gifts and serving patients we collaborate with the medical scientific as well as organ and tissue donation communities.

Our goal is simpledo whats right for patients surgeons tissue donors and their families through our guiding principles.

The Co Op Research and Development will support R&D activities by conducting experiments and literature searches related to product and process development processing allograft tissue forms based on protocols or SOPs performing tissue/device characterization testing and analyzing experimental data.

Co-op is from January 2027 to June 2027

Monday to Friday 8:15am to 4:30pm

$25 - $32 per hour

• Participates in processing tissue planning and performing experiments and analyzing results for Research and Development projects.
• Performs biochemical assays and other preclinical in vitro testing.
• Performs literature searches and compile summaries of all relevant information.
• Researches competitive products and continue to update competitive information libraries.
• Maintains lab notebook and prepares data summaries and reports.
• Performs additional duties as assigned and trained.

• Completion of at least one to three years college credit toward a degree in Engineering or Science.
• Good organizational ability good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as with others.
