The Team
TheAlternative Investment Project Management& Strategic Initiativesteamis responsible forthe establishment of infrastructure and framework for new alternative investmentssupportingall aspects of the processfrom strategic design and implementationto tactical execution. The team provides dedicated alternative investment project management support includingbothfoundational program managementandongoingaltsproject supportfornewfund launches and other keystrategic initiatives.
Asanco-opand member of a small and nimble team you will partner closely with each team member to advance key strategic deliverables manage both foundational and implementation projectsacrossFidelitys alternative investmentdomainsliaisewitha wide rangeofbusiness partnersacross the organization and make meaningful contributions to the advancement of the growing alternatives business at Fidelity.
Alternative Investment Project Management& Strategic Initiativesis part of the broaderAssetManagement (AM)Investment Servicesteam that supportsAMacross key organizational and multi-year plan initiativesthrough program managementreal estate planning support and developmentexecution of internal communications talent-related initiatives and workplace strategies.

Excellent written and oral communication skills allowing you to convey complex organizational concepts via PowerPoint and other mediums
