The Role
AsaCo-OpontheAlts Investor Operations and Oversightteam you willhelp supporttheteam with theexecution ofdaily operationsthat support offering &investordocumentationas well asgeneraloversightprocesses for private alternative investment funds.Thisisa greatrolein gettingexposure toprivatefunddocumentationvetting key provisions and operationalizing investor agreements across a rapidly growingalternativesplatform.
This role offers visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to drive meaningful impact through process innovation governance and operational excellence. You willhave the opportunity topartner with Legal Compliance Sales Product and Technology teams to simplify complex structures enable growth and ensure consistent execution across theinvestorlifecycle.

General awareness of financial markets and products
Ability toadapt and learn quickly including some complex situations and problem solving
Judgment in assessing urgency risk and impact to effectively prioritize competing initiatives
Ability to communicate effectively within the team and potentially senior leadership
