TheCNS Satellite ProductionCoordinatorwill:

• Guide assigned personnelin food service operation.
• Prepare and distribute food service items for consumption by students and school personnel.
• Maintain inventories of food service items
• Maintain facilities in sanitary condition.
• Perform other related work as required.

DETAILS FOR THIS POSITION:

• WORK SCHEDULE: 7.5 hours/day 5 days/week Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

• REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING:Equivalent to the completionof the twelfth grade; one (1) year of prior job-related experience in food preparation serving and basic kitchen activities with increasing levels of responsibilities in school and/or institutional setting;or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities.
• REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATE:Possession of a valid Food Safety Manager Certificate issued by a San Diego approved organization. Valid California Drivers License
