Job Summary

Role: CNNon Employee/Business Architect

Location: Dallas TX(Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Role Profile:

We are seeking experienced strategists with supporting technology fluency (i.e. strategy-first tech-aware). Candidates should be capable of leading complex workstreams framing ambiguous problems and delivering executive-ready recommendations.

Experience Profile:

7 12 years in management consulting corporate strategy business architecture or transformation
Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering architecture and business teams
Proven experience leading multi-month cross-functional engagements
Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity and drive decisions using data
Experience with contact center strategy operations or transformation decisioning is a strong plus
