We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CNC Tool Grinder Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in precision manufacturing while learning from experienced professionals in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Learn to set up and operate CNC tool grinding machines
- Assist in the production and reconditioning of precision cutting tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Perform basic inspections using measuring instruments (micrometers calipers gauges)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
