Job Summary
Uses strong CNC knowledge and background to keep CNC Studer Grinder in operation on swing shift.
Applicants should be comfortable working within .0003 tolerances and running multiple machines. Conventional knowledge is a plus.
Uses blueprints and design sketches to ensure the proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.
Strong GD&T knowledge preferred.
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures related to shop floor maths and inspection.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
Typically reports to a supervisor/manager.
Special Considerations: Lifting is generally at or below 30Lbs. without significant repetitions.
Moderate exposure to machinery chemical biological and physical risks is anticipated.
Qualifications :
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.
May be required to meet certain certifications in field and to have at least 4-6 years of experience.
