What Youll Do
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams routing structures and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Establish standard work cycle times and line balancing to support production goals
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across labor materials and operations
- Support new product launches pilot builds and production validations
- Develop and maintain SOPs work instructions and process documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex manufacturing challenges
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive corrective actions when needed
- Support compliance with quality standards including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Manufacturing Mechanical or related Engineering field
- 510 years of experience in manufacturing engineering industrial engineering or process improvement
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience developing process documentation BOMs routings and standard work
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and engineering change management
- Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills
- Automotive or IATF 16949 experience is a plus
