CNC Mill Turn Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The Mill Turn Machinist is responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC mill turn machines to produce high-quality medical instruments and implants. This position requires precision strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Weekend Shift:

• Friday Sunday 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• 15% shift premium
• Work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours

What Youll Do:

• Set up operate and maintain mill turn machines finishing equipment hand tools and fixtures; perform burr removal as needed.
• Conduct machine setups changeovers and CNC program debugging including adjustments and tool changes.
• Read and interpret blueprints inspection check sheets and work instructions accurately.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers micrometers height stands comparators and other precision measurement tools.
• Use ERP and machine monitoring systems to manage work orders track production and document quality checks electronically.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality efficiency and on-time delivery.

What Youll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment required; CNC mill turn experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to set up troubleshoot and operate multi-axis CNC equipment.
