We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The Mill Turn Machinist is responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC mill turn machines to produce high-quality medical instruments and implants. This position requires precision strong attention to detail and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Weekend Shift:
Friday Sunday 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
15% shift premium
Work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours
What Youll Do:
Set up operate and maintain mill turn machines finishing equipment hand tools and fixtures; perform burr removal as needed.
Conduct machine setups changeovers and CNC program debugging including adjustments and tool changes.
Read and interpret blueprints inspection check sheets and work instructions accurately.
Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers micrometers height stands comparators and other precision measurement tools.
Use ERP and machine monitoring systems to manage work orders track production and document quality checks electronically.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality efficiency and on-time delivery.
What Youll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; advanced technical training preferred.
Minimum 3 years of machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment required; CNC mill turn experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to set up troubleshoot and operate multi-axis CNC equipment.
