Are you an experienced machinist with 5-axis Mill-Turn experience Greener Corporation is seeking a skilled Senior CNC Machinist to program set up and operate our Mazak Integrex Mill-Turn equipment.

What Youll Do

Program set up and operate Mazak Integrex (Mill-Turn) machining centers.

Develop machining processes directly from engineering drawings.

Program using Mazatrol and/or G-code.

Select tooling workholding feeds speeds and machining strategies.

Machine precision components while maintaining tight tolerances.

Troubleshoot machining tooling fixture and programming issues.

Improve cycle times quality and machine utilization.

Inspect first-piece parts using precision measuring equipment.

Work closely with Engineering Quality and Manufacturing teams.

Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.

5 years of CNC machining experience.

Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill-Turn experience strongly preferred.

Mazatrol programming experience preferred.

Blueprint and GD&T interpretation.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience with precision measuring instruments.
