CNC Maintenance Technician

Location: Sedalia Missouri
Pay: $45$60 per hour

We are seeking an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing industrial manufacturing operation in Sedalia Missouri.

This is a hands-on maintenance position responsible for troubleshooting repairing and maintaining CNC machinery machining centers robotics and related manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and at least 5 years of direct CNC maintenance experience.

• Troubleshoot repair and maintain CNC machines machining centers manual equipment robotics and supporting manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic electronic and control-related equipment problems.
• Install service and maintain machine tools and associated control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and electronic schematics and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot AC and DC variable-speed drive systems.
• Perform machine alignments using conventional laser and electronic methods.
• Use precision measuring equipment to verify machine alignment and condition.
• Troubleshoot and service pumps and related mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative and planned maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime.
• Respond quickly to machine-down situations and production equipment failures.
• Document maintenance activities and work orders through a CMMS.
• Use OEM manuals technical documentation and vendor resources to diagnose equipment issues.
• Support predictive maintenance activities including vibration analysis thermal imaging and oil analysis.
• Follow established safety procedures and safe rigging practices.

• Minimum 5 years of CNC maintenance experience required.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and design.
• Industrial mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical schematics.
• Experience using electrical meters test equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
• Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Must be able to successfully complete required pre-employment screenings.

This position requires the ability to work throughout a large manufacturing facility climb ladders and stairs work on uneven surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds. Work may be performed in varying environmental conditions.

$45$60 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
