EQUIPMENT YOULL WORK WITH
Mazak Integrex 100 & 200 with lower turrets
Mazak Variaxis 5-Axis Machining Centers
Star Swiss-Type CNC Lathes
Advanced Multi-Axis Milling and Turning Platforms
Backgrounds in Mazak Swiss Haas Okuma Mori Seiki Citizen Tsugami DMG Mori Makino or similar CNC equipment are welcomed.
WHAT YOULL DO
Setup and operate CNC machining equipment
Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and process documentation
Select tooling and perform offset adjustments
Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment
Perform first-piece in-process and final inspections
Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
Ability to independently setup and operate CNC equipment
Strong blueprint reading skills
Experience using calipers micrometers indicators and other precision measuring equipment
Understanding of feeds speeds tooling offsets and machining fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
