Title: CNC MACHINIST (MULTIPLE OPENINGS ACROSS SHIFTS)
LOCATION: West Chester Pennsylvania - 100% Onsite
Responsibilities:
- CNC Machine Operation: operate SWISS CNC machines safely/efficiently
monitor machine performance load/unload materials maintain productivity
and quality standards routine housekeeping
- Inspection & Quality Control: inspect parts to blueprint specs use
calipers/micrometers/gauges verify critical dimensions/tolerances
complete inspection documentation
- Offsets & Tooling: make wear offsets and dimensional adjustments change
tooling monitor tool life troubleshoot minor issues support setup
personnel
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years CNC machining experience blueprint reading ability
- Precision inspection experience experience making offsets independently
- Tool change experience manufacturing environment experience
